Job Description
We are currently engaged with a top tier consulting firm who is recruiting individuals for their Transaction - M&A Advisory practice at various levels. Individuals joining the TAS practice will support organizations throughout the transaction life cycle including both strategic and financial buyers and sellers. Despite bank failures, and other precarious situations our client continues to thrive due to their focus in the middle-market. Indeed, it can be argued that despite bank failures, and other precarious situations, middle-market deals may be one of the few safe havens out there. While the financial markets are in turmoil, U.S. private equity firms continue to accumulate capital.
Based on the above, we are assisting them in identifying professionals with an external audit, tax or existing transaction advisory background for Manager, Senior Manager & Director level roles for the following locations:
• New York
• San Francisco
• Los Angeles
• Boston
• Washington, DC
In addition to above market compensation and aggressive bonus, our client offers a good work-life balance and a reasonable travel schedule.
