We are seeking a senior level investment professional professional, with a proven track record in M&A and/or LBO execution, with a particular emphasis in the Energy & Power sectors This opportunity offers a candidate the chance to be a key member of the management team in a well capitalized energy investor Who we are looking for :
7+ years of total work experience 4+ years Investment Banking and/or Private Equity experience, with strong exposure to the energy/power sectors Solid relationships with Private Equity firms and Venture Capitalists Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting JD or MBA is preferred Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects Whats on offer :
Base + Bonus + Carry.
