The role of the PM, REITs will include the following: Researching markets via our client and other sources. Establishing contacts with public company senior management and investment banking analysts. Underwriting company property fundamentals and financials. Modeling earnings and net asset values. Assisting portfolio the management team with stock sale and purchase decisions. Who we are looking for :
top performing PMs or Sr Analysts with 5-10 years experiencemust have extensive experience within REITs and be located in or easily relocated to Dallas. Whats on offer :
